NJRTC a New Jersey Nonprofit Corporation

The corporation is a charitable, non-profit corporation the mission of which is to provide the resources and environment necessary for wrestlers of all ages to win on the national, world and olympic stage, while simultaneously working to grow the sport of wrestling at the state and regional level, all in accordance with the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended from time to time (the "code"). To the extent consistent with the foregoing, the corporation is also organized for the purpose of making charitable distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the code.
