To allow local law enforcement department and its officers the opportunity to provide charitable and educational activities for the disadvantaged community members in order to yield community building, such as the shop with a cop program, which allows an opportunity to purchase toys and clothing for a large number of less fortunate, local Youth each year during the holidays.
