Noco CYCLING Project

Noco CYCLING Project has been established as a non-stock, non-profit corporation under the laws of Colorado, and shall be operated to accomplish the following purposed and objectives: 1.to foster and promote interest and participation in bicycle racing events by amature athletes. 2. To conduct educational programs and to provide information through training rides, clinics and other means regarding bicycle racing. 3. To organize, sponsor, and promote amature bicycle racing events.
