The mission of tusca is to promote friendship and understanding between the communities of u.s. And taiwan, republic of china, through fostering and maintaining the culture and heritage of taiwan and to bring together as a community those interested in taiwan. This will be accomplished by organizing and/or hosting events that features various Cultural themes of taiwan and u.s., thus bringing these communities together with shared interest.
