A Breath of Hope Inc

The purpose of this organization is to provide education and supportive service that will strengthen families, organizations and at-risk individuals in efforts to cultivate extraordinary health outcomes and bridge the gaps between community and healthcare systems. The association shall fulfill its purpose by: -gathering, analyze, and disseminating data that pertains to mortality and morbidities. -develop, sustain, and deliver cost-effective, high-quality home and community health services. -reduce barriers that prevent community members from accessing home and community-based healthcare services. -provide healthcare education and supportive services for community members and organizations within the community.
