Uaw-FCA-Ford-General Motors Legal Services Plan Trust

For the duration of the current collective bargaining agreements between the international union, United automobile, aerospace, and agricultural implement workers of America (the "uaw") and fca us llc ("fca"), ford motor company ("ford"), and general Motors llc ("gm"), the Uaw-FCA-Ford-General Motors Legal Services Plan (the "plan") provides Legal service benefits, which are welfare benefits under the employee retirement income security act of 1974, as amended ("erisa"), to eligible plan participants. The personal Legal Services that are made available to members of the uaw are: (I) "office Legal Services" for certain Legal matters, (ii) a low-cost referral to a cooperating attorney at a reduced rate, and (iii) social security disability Services for employees and retirees.
