To engage in assisting its members in the disposal of water produced in the operation of members business of producing oil, gas and hydrocarbon substances and assist its members in cooperating and coordinating their efforts with all government agencies authorized to regulate and control the disposal of produced water in the state of California. To collect, handle, clean, treat, transport and dispose of oilfield water and related substances which result from drilling for, producing, storing, dehydrating, refining, transporting and/or treating oil, gas and other hydrocarbon substances on the members properties.
