Construction & General Laborers Local 190 - Lecet Fund

The Lecet fund has instituted programs to ensure jobsite safety and to promote quality training programs,to represent memebers and to promote cooperation with contractors to deliver quality Construction projects. The activities of the organization will be to improve communication between the union, its members and employers, identify and expand work opportunities for Local 190 members and employers and promote efficiency and competitiveness in the unionized industry.
