The mission of Prison Yoga Santa Barbara (PYSB) is to offer incarcerated adults and adjudicated youth yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices as an effective, evidence-based rehabilitative therapy to support them in reducing the impact of life's trauma and the stress of incarceration. We seek to build the skills and mindsets that increase successful re-entry and reduce recidivism rates.
