The organization is organized for the exclusive purpose of holding title to 1206 South Sixth Avenue, Bozeman, MT 59715, collect income from the rental of this property and annually transfer income, less expenses, to the Alpha Gamma Delta Fraternity, an organization recognized as exempt from federal taxation under IRC 501(c)(7).
