To promote community interest in harmony with national interest regardless of race, creed, color, gender, disability or social standing; promote fact finding research issues, disseminate information; encourage opportunities and partnerships for community service and involvement in active society; promote educational opportunities including arts and historic preservation; act as a clearing medium for the exchange of ideas, information and experiences; operate the Blanchard community center.
