Our staff empowers, educates and mentors athletes by teaching life lessons both on and off the softball field. Through the process of identifying strengths and weaknesses within each individual athlete, we encourage each athlete to build on these core areas through mentorship, individual accountability, and positive re-enforcement. Our guiding principles are to teach lessons of strong work ethic, importance of academics, serving our community, helping our neighbors and friends, and being a good role model for the younger kids within our community. One of our top priorities is to support our local schools softball/sports programs by developing athletes who want to play at the next level.
