Johnson STEM Activity Center Inc

Conducts activities related to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (stem) striving to create a community where underserved students form diverse backgrounds can discover their passion for stem through hands-on, experiential learning to encourage creativity, self-confidence and problem solving skills. Programs include robotics, coding and game design, virtual reality, and science on sphere. Robotics, empowers K-12 students through immersive, hands-on experiences in design, engineering, physics, math and computer programming. Coding and game design empowers the next generation of digital creators. Virtual reality (vr) program at the Johnson STEM Activity center opens a world of fully immersive learning in countless subjects. Science on a sphere brings learning to life through a 6 foot diameter sphere developed by the national oceanic and atmospheric administration. Students, educators, scientists and the community can learn a vast array topics.
