To support leadership development and mentoring of young people and the adults who minister and teach to them, through fundraising activities and funding of youth and educator/minister participation in retreats, workshops, youth events, sports, and other similar events and activities, as well as directly conduct and administer such types of programs, or develop and operate facilities to conduct such activities, as approved by the board consistent with these purposes
