Sea CLIFF Landmarks Foundation Inc

To establish, form and create an organization to solicit donations for the historical preservation of Landmarks, facilities, walkways, roadways, parks and other infrastructure within the village of Sea CLIFF; to solicit,receive and maintain funds from individuals and organizations for the purpose of purchasing materials necessary to restore the foregoing areas; to foster and advance interest in the preservation of local Landmarks from an historical perspective; to encourage the community to participate in the accomplishment and development of the goals of the corporation; to stimulate, encourage, foster and promote interest in the preservation of the village of Sea CLIFF through the purposes of the corporation.
