Aortic Hope serves a community of patients survivors and caregivers living with an Aortic disease The organizations goals are to Spread Hope Create Awareness and Provide Support during the recovery and management of Aortic disease Aortic Hope began as a simple Facebook page sharing inspirational quotes and has since grown into something much bigger Today we offer far more than educational resources and our Survivor Serieswe provide a true community Aortic Hope is a space created by patients for patients and caregivers Our growing community includes offerings such as Mindfulness Qi Gong Aortic Kitchen Aortic Artist and so much more still to come
