Pleasant Valley Band Parent Association

To arouse and maintain an enthusiastic interest in support the band department of the Pleasant Valley community school district of scott county, ia. To lend support, aid, and assistance to the general band department in the schools of said district. To cooperate with those in charge of the school and the band departments of said district in all matters that tend to promote and improve a high standard of interest and efficiency in the instrumental musical education of the students of the school district.
