Bridge Foundry's programs train, mentor, network, and encourage people to fully participate in using and creating technology. Bridge Foundry envisions a future where diversity is the norm in the tech industry, where all people have equal access to technical skill development and tech companies have workplaces where skilled individuals from diverse backgrounds can thrive. To this end, Bridge Foundry focuses on specific outreach to people who are traditionally underserved and underrepresented in the technology industry.Bridge Foundry provides online resources, open source curriculum, and other support for volunteers to host in-person technology-based workshops, organize online events and provide other activities where participants learn technical and communications skills. Bridge Foundry also offers self-serve curriculum for technical skills and teaching skills for parents, school teachers and other volunteers.
