Make People Better Foundation

Make People Better foundation (the "foundation") is organized and operated exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific purposes, as those terms are used in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 (the "code"). Specifically, the foundation is formed to establish, manage and operate an employee emergency assistance program for employees of villa financial services, llc, and any affiliated entity to which villa financial services, llc is contracted to provide consulting services, who experience unexpected financial hardships and disasters. The foundation's program has been constructed in accordance with the requirements described in irs publication 3833, disaster relief providing assistance through charitable organizations.
