This organization is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of 501 (c)(3) of the internal revenue code, and, consistent with such purposes, specifically, to foster and promo te leadership development, mentoring, and academic development of youth, through the establishment and maintenance of neighborhood centers and other appropriate facilities and programs.
