To operate only for religious, charitable, scientific, literary and/oreducational purposes as described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue codeof 1986 ("code"), or corresponding provisions of any future United States internalrevenue law, including, without limitation, to assist employees, partners, and otherpersonnel of Horne llp and its subsidiaries and their families who have sufferedemergency hardship or financial loss due to circumstances beyond their control; tomake gifts and appropriations from any or all of its resources from time to time tocarry out the objectives and purposes of the corporation.
