Tosa Foundation

Tosa foundation has been created to operate exclusively for the benefit of, perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of Texas organ sharing alliance ("tosa"), a publicly supported organization exempt under section 501(c)3 of the internal revenue code.the mission of Texas organ sharing alliance ("tosa") is to promote and implement organ donation. Tosa foundation will support this mission by providing and maintaining a temporary residence for the organ recipients, potential organ recipients and their families as well as organ donors, potential organ donors and their families who do not live in the San Antonio metro area. Temporary residence will be available during pretransplantation, transplantation and post transplantation.
