Tawila Family Foundation

The foundation shall receive and administer and distribute funds for and to local and national charities that are organized for relief of hunger. The relief of poverty and to combat homelessness among the poor. The corporaiton may take distributions to organizations outside the United States , but only to 501(c)(3) organizations.
