Island Caribbean Hurricane Relief Fund

Provide financial assistance and referrals to available resources or services to individuals and small businesses who are victims of disasters, of other emergency hardships, or who are needy or otherwise distressed; to plan, coordinate, and financially support activities that provide opportunities for the general public to assist in the reclamation, reconstruction, or redevelopment of distressed areas as a result of disasters or emergency hardships, and to conduct any other activity incidental to or connected with the foregoing.
