Minnesota Hospice Foundation

The Minnesota Hospice foundation is committed to aiding people with compassion, care, and dignity at end-of-life. Our goal is to normalize discussions surrounding death, dying, bereavement, and loss by promoting Hospice access, utilization, supporting exceptional end-of- life care, guidance, and education throughout the community. We believe that by focusing on charity care, special patient needs, community support, education, and training, we can promote understanding and assist individuals, families, and communities in navigating end-of- life and grief in positive and healthy ways.
