Matityahu Homeless Ministries Inc

The nonprofit corporation is organized for any lawful purpose, with the primary purpose being the feeding and serving the needs of the poor, the Homeless and the hungry, with a message of faith and hope, and to assist them in re-integrating back into the community as responsible and productive members of same. The ministry is guided by the words of matthew 25:31-46, where Jesus said "I was hungry and you gave me something to eat; I was thirsty and you gave me drink; I was a stranger and you gave me shelter . . .- and "whatever you did to the least of my brothers, you did it to me." the purposes of the Matityahu Homeless ministries, inc., shall be limited to one or more exempt purposes within section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. The corporation is expressly not empowered to engage, otherwise than as an insubstantial part of the corporation's activities, in activities that in themselves are not in furtherance of one or more exempt purposes.
