TRI Valley Wholeness Project Inc

The tri-Valley Wholeness Project (twp), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in june 2018, is committed to preventing homelessness in the tri-Valley area by identifying and supporting individuals at risk of losing stable housing. Recognizing that homelessness often develops gradually, twp proactively engages with pre-homeless individuals and the working poor- those who are employed but struggling to meet basic needs-through outreach initiatives, such as distributing care packages with essential items and resource guides. By connecting individuals to local businesses, community programs, and charitable organizations, twp aims to empower them to regain stability, independence, and a sense of Wholeness.
