Wecareministries, inc. has a 30+ year history of providing crisis care around the world. In 2017 hurricane irma brought Wecareministries, inc. (wcm) to lee county to help with hurricane relief. Wcm has provided services in form of disaster recovery, psychotherapy, and psychoeducational services. In 2019, leadership and direction of wcm programming changed. We know there are those in our community in crisis daily. We no longer chase after disasters around the world but serve members of lee county. The organization now provides direct care to the community through individual, group, family counseling as well as classes and resources on mental health topics.
