A. The Organization, known herein as Operation Meatball, is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code, and shall operate exclusively for said purposes. B. Its exempt purposes include: (1) Educating descendants of World War Two, Korea, and Vietnam Veterans and the general public on the history of World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. (2) Honoring and preserving the history of said veterans through Oral History recordings and USO style events that bring veterans together, involve them in the local community, and bring recognition to their service. (3) Funding, supporting, and sponsoring activities of said USO style events, educational programs, and gatherings of veterans, to foster patriotism and promote a better understanding of the history and the individual veterans who participated in World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War.
