Ap Smith CDC

A&P Smith Community Partners Community Development Center (Ap Smith CDC- for short) operates: Eatz to Streetz Program, Left-Overs Program, Eye-care for Everyone, and Financial Progress program. We also provide case management services (SOAR SSI/SSDI Case management, outpatient referrals, assistance with Medicaid/EBT applications, discount Rx programs, etc). Our mission is to service the community, meeting the needs of every individual or family that we encounter. Or goal is to provide individuals and families with a better quality of life through food security, financial literacy, hosing referrals and program support.
