Bloomfield Public Library Foundation

The Bloomfield Public Library foundation was created excluseively for charitable, educational, or scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501 (c) 3 of the internal revenue code. More specifically, the Bloomfield Public Library foundation was created: 1) to fundraise and privide support for the Bloomfield Public Library 2) to promote and improve the Bloomfield Public Library 3) to promote literacy and Library services for the Public.
