The organization is organized to provide support to greater flint Health coalition, inc - a 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to improve the Health status of residents and the quality and cost and effectiveness of the community's healthcare system . the organization will conduct strategic or mission related functions for greater flint Health coalition, inc. and own and maintain real property in flint Michigan to fullfill the activites of greater flint Health coalition inc. and other non profit entities and and will use these funds for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of the greater flint Health coalition, inc. as well as to pay insurance, utilities and property taxes, repairs and general maintenance of the real property located in flint, mi. 100% of the organization expenses will be allocated to greater flint Health coalition supporting activities.
