To advance, improve, promote and protect the profession of the public Defense lawyer consortium. To provide opportunities for the exchange of expertise, experience and opinion through meetings, communication, education, research and publication for public Defense lawyers practicing in Consortia. To develop and encourage high standards of professional conduct and practice management among public Defense Consortia members.
