Just Roots

Just Roots Chicago was incorporated as an Illinois not-for-profit corporation and is located in Chicago, Illinois. The organization's mission is to work in collaboration with communities to develop and expand access to local, sustainably grown food. Just Roots Chicago grown culturally relevant food with and for our local community though sustainable practices.Just Roots Chicago facilitates hands-on educational programming that equips participants with the skills and resources to grow food sustainably and work towards leading a healthier life. The organization uses its two farms as community building spaces to forge relationships with local residents through shared space, events and good food.
