Charitable activity statement 1 wif provides project support to its senior fellows to provide mediation training and education to legal, business and other professionals, especially in countries where mediation has not yet been established, to increase access to justice and enhance foreign direct investment. In 2024, wif continued to work with its senior fellows in countries such as kenya, rwanda, and zambia to provide opportunities for mediation training and education in support of the judiciary in connection with court- connected mediation programs and to increase engagement with key stakeholders such as lawyers to promote the development of mediation and dispute resolution practices and processes.
