We assist with supportive services for individuals transitioning from incarceration or for those who have been incarcerated in the past assisting them in various aspects of their reentry journey. We do an initial assessment to determine the need. Our services may cover housing employment education with a focus on financial literacy substance misuse counseling mental health support life coaching spiritual mentoring healthcare access legal guidance peer mentoring community resources and the rebuilding of family and social connections depending on the need after their assessment. Additionally we offer ongoing case management to ensure sustained progress. We meet the client where they are and offer them a hand up not a handout
