Deputy Registrar Business Owners Association

This organization is an Association of individuals who are appointed by the Minnesota Department of Public Safey Commissioner and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Commission to provide statutory services including but not limited to driver's license application and renewal services, license plate application and renew services as well as motor vehicle, trailer and boat title transfer services to the public as agents of and on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Public Safety and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. The activities of the Association will be devoted and directed to improvement of the Business conditions of private Deputy Registrar Business Owners.
