To conduct activities which are exclusively charitable and educational within the meaning of Section 501(c)3 of the IRS. To foster, promote and advance greater knowledge, understanding and appreciation of the arts. To encourage the development and presentation of works in the arts - activities designed to promote the creation, presentation and dissemination of such works.
