Downtown Newark Special Improvement District Inc

To govern a Special Improvement District.to encourage and particpate in programs that will maintain, improve and build the District as a viable mixed-use business, cultural, residential and recreational community.to assist the city of Newark and other agencies and groups in providing programming which will preserve the economic well-being and opportunites in the Downtown Newark area of the city of Newark.
