One Shepherd Leadership Institute

One Shepherd provides expeditionary and experiential educational services in Leadership processes doctrine and philosophy for adult and minor learners. One Shepherd educational services take place in an outdoor wilderness camp environment and involve military simulation systems to create game opportunities for learners to gain first-hand experience of Leadership command. The specific objectives and purpose of this organization shall be: a. To provide world-class experiential Leadership education through gaming simulation; b. To provide staff officers cadre instructors facilities and equipment for learners to participate in a community of practice focused on the scholarly pursuit of Leadership; c. To provide opportunities for learners to participate in recreational and competitive gaming simulation in the outdoor wilderness; d. To sponsor host and or participate in events and activities that promote Leadership education through expeditionary and experiential learning.
