To provide hope, education, and grief support to children and their families who suffer from lchadd (long-chain 3- hydroxyacyl-coa dehydrogenase); to provide grants to residents of the metrohealth system who are working on research pertaining to rare and common medical disorders, including lchadd; to provide grants to pediatric nurses on staff in the department of Pediatrics at the metrohealth system; to provide charitable donations to cornerstone of hope (a grief counseling center); and to provide charitable donations to the juvenile Diabetes research foundation so that they may be able to find a cure for type 1 Diabetes.
