Seedcore Foundation

Kern initiative for talent + entrepreneurship (kite) this collaborative group focuses on developing kern county's entrepreneurial ecosystem. Kite is a network of professionals, educators, and community partners who recognize the importance of entrepreneurship in building a vibrant local economy. Originally launched in partnership with the kern economic development corporation, kite continues to strengthen and expand its reach by providing entrepreneurs with guidance, mentorship, and access to resources. A key component of this work is CO.starters, a business development program, which equips aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs with a proven, community-based curriculum to validate ideas, build business models, and launch sustainable ventures. Kite is a project of the Seedcore foundation, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.
