The purpose of the corporation is exclusively for educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code and herein stated as follows: specifically, a Network of mentors and community partners will support disenfranchised youth to build success skills, explore opportunities and access resources and services, engaging, Inspiring and empowering them to create a dream for future success and take actions to reach their maximum potential. Our vision is to utilize local professionals who are trained in supporting students in academic and learning development, career investigation, post-secondary and life planning, and building interpersonal and social skills to prepare them for success in school and to set and reach social goals.
