Active Meditation Inc

Active Meditation provides spiritual education and Meditation exercises to the public. Written material and pre-recorded audio downloads are presented on a web site, through social media, and seminars for free, or an optional donation. The organization created and led five Active Meditation courses and three Active playlists available to its users, and published several articles on mindfulness, mood and sleep.
