To provide a benevolent and charitable purpose in order to organize events that promote, manage, and implement running, triathlon and Racing events that promotes the sports of running and triathlon in a healthy lifestyle. The purpose of the event is also to engage the comunity in the running and triathlon events and to suppoert local charities and the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations inder section 501(c)(3)of the internal revenue code.
