Greater Cheyenne Foundation

The purpose of the foundation is to solicit, collect, receive, accumulate, administer and disburse funds in such a manner as will, in the sole discretion of the trustees, most effectively operate to further charitable, scientific, literary, educational, environmental, community development, economic development, social development and health purposes, provided however that said trust is organized exclusively for charitable, scientific, literary, and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
