To promote, strenghten and assist in the development of quality education and training in building, highway, municipal and heavy industrial Construction, to officer education, continuing education and professional management programs. To provide support for scholarships, post-secondary training programs and University Construction departments. To support industry, specifically outreach programs and liasion activities and to promote Construction career opportunities.
