The chapter is organized exclusively for the exchange of ideas, experiences, and practices pertaining to the problems of business management within the meaning of section 501(c)(6) of the internal revenue code, as amended, and may make expenditures for one or more of these purposes. Without limiting or expanding the foregoing, the chapters specific purpose shall be:1.
