Our mission is to provide shelter and build orphanages for abandoned and neglected children in Bangladesh. This program will also provide for their physical and spiritual needs in a Christian home environment. Jesus Loves Bangladesh (in the US) raises money for childrens homes and mission work in Bangladesh. Jesus Loves Bangladesh Trust (in Bangladesh) does the day-to-day work of taking care of the children, flood relief, and other mission work. Jesus Loves Bangladesh Trust is set up as an NGO in Bangladesh. They are the boots on the ground in Bangladesh. The organizations have similar names because we think of them as basically one organization. There is one person (Jents Talukdar) who is from Bangladesh and is on both boards of directors. The money raised by Jesus Loves Bangladesh goes toward supporting the work done in Bangladesh by Jesus Loves Bangladesh Trust.
