Mission statement--the mission of the Alabama Law Enforcement Command and staff college (alecsc) is the oversight and development of human capital; offering comprehensive educational programs uniquely tailored to increase Law Enforcement effectiveness through organizational learning, performance, and change. Alecsc's services will be offered unconditionally to all Alabama Law Enforcement agencies cost-free; creating, a first-of-its-kind, statewide Law Enforcement educational/support system precisely focused on strengthening Law Enforcement professionalism and proficiency.
